Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct |

The majority of people who enjoy our products are those who play for entertainment and at a level in which they are comfortable with. However, Bulldogsbet understands that a small number of people may now, or in the future have a problem with their gambling and difficulty in controlling their betting limits. |

Bulldogsbet allows Members to be able to set betting limits and to exclude themselves from placing a bet. |
|
|
|
|
|
Staff are trained to be aware of and offer assistance to customers displaying observable signs of distress or problem gambling. |
|
|
|
|
|
Bulldogsbet endorses the standards within the National Guidelines for Responsible Gambling Practices approved by Australian Racing Ministers at their annual meeting in May 2001. |

Gambling should not be relied upon for financial betterment. Information about the potential risks is available from the Northern Territory Treasury who regulate Racing, Gaming and Licensing in the Northern Territory. Alternatively counselling services services which may provide further information include G-line (NSW) and Amity Community Services (NT). Information on Odds
|

Bookmaker’s odds are normally calculated to the Bookmakers advantage. The price of the selection, although an indication of chance, is not a true reflection of the selections chance of winning. |

Disputes and complaints |
|
|
If any dispute or complaint cannot be settled satisfactorily between Bulldogsbet and the Client, the matter shall be referred to a representative of the Northern Territory Racing Commission. Any disputes can be referred to the Commission at gamblingdisputes@nt.gov.au. for final determination and all bets or wagers will be adjusted accordingly. |

Training |
|
|
Staff receive on-going training on products, pricing and problem gambling. All new staff undergo a supervision period of three weeks where all work is supervised by a senior member. Staff are trained to be aware of and offer assistance to customers displaying observable signs of distress or problem gambling and the different points of contact they may use for assistance. |

Self-Exclusion |
|
|
Bulldogsbet allows Members to be able to set betting limits and to exclude themselves from placing a bet. Please free call 1800 33 4443should you wish to exclude yourself from betting or decrease betting limits or likewise please fax any self-exclusion or betting limit requests to 1800657960. |

Minors |
|
|
Persons under eighteen years of age are prohibited by law from gambling. Bulldogsbet will not allow any person less than eighteen years of age to open or operate an account. |

Responsible Advertising |
|
|
Bulldogsbet takes in obligations under the Trade Practices Act seriously and shall not be engaged in advertising that is misleading or deceptive, particularly in relation to winning. |
|
|
Any promotions or advertising campaigns relating to gambling shall be in good taste, not offend prevailing community standards and shall not involve or encourage minors to participate. |
